Accessibility Conformance Reports that procurement teams can verify
Independent ACRs (VPAT® 2.5, WCAG 2.2 + Revised Section 508) and code-level fixes for EdTech and GovTech software sold to universities, schools and public agencies.
Email us about your ACRWhy this matters now
Under the DOJ's ADA Title II rule, public entities must meet WCAG 2.1 AA, with the first deadline in April 2027. Universities and districts now score vendor ACRs against published rubrics. Common reasons a report fails review:
- it is more than 24 months old, or built on VPAT 2.4 or earlier;
- it covers WCAG 2.0/2.1 but not 2.2, or omits Section 508 Chapters 3 and 6;
- it was written by the product team without a named evaluator or a documented test method.

How we test
- Automated checks with axe-core across every in-scope screen.
- Manual keyboard-only testing of each user flow.
- Screen reader testing (NVDA with Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari), with versions recorded in the report.
- Every issue logged with its location, WCAG criterion, severity, reproduction steps and a recommended fix.
Each report names the evaluator and documents the tools, browsers and assistive technology used, so reviewers can check the work.
What we are not: we are not a law firm and do not give legal advice or certify legal compliance. We do not sell accessibility overlays.
